Mr Schofield is a Mechanical Engineer and Mining Executive with over 20 years experience in the mining and resources sector in Africa and Australia.

Adam has a portfolio of technical product developments and he is also a Mining Consultant specialising in feasibility studies and in taking projects from feasibility stage into operations.

Adam has the required technical expertise and experience to see technical projects developed from conceptual stage through to implementation and has extensive corporate management experience.

He is Executive Chairman of Heavy Minerals Limited (ASX: HVY), an emerging Australian garnet producer advancing the Port Gregory and Red Hill projects in Western Australia, a garnet tailings retreatment operation at Kanmantoo in South Australia, and the Inhambane heavy mineral sands project in Mozambique.

Adam has taken companies from private ownership through to listing on the ASX, including Nelson Resources Limited, Kingfisher Mining Limited and Heavy Minerals Limited.

Dr Ephraim has more than 15 years experience in the processing of ilmenite into high grade synthetic rutile (TiO2), the starting material for the production of titanium dioxide pigment and titanium metal.

She received her PhD from the CSIR – National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST) in Trivandrum, India, for a thesis titled “Investigations on the removal of iron from ilmenite”. Her postdoctoral studies were at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, on the processing of Bomar ilmenite to synthetic rutile.

Jeya has recently developed a method for the production of titanium powder from titanium dioxide by direct reduction. She holds 12 patents with more in progress, has published around 40 papers, and has presented at a number of international conferences and meetings.
